Fifty contributors from 16 countries took part in two online workshops in June to assist with the development of the first book on the International Criminal Court using a feminist judgments methodology.
The workshops were an initiative of research project focusing on gender-sensitive judging in the International Criminal Court, drawing on the expertise of a team academics from UNSW, the University of Sydney and the University of Newcastle,
